The Scottish Bluegrass Association presenteert The European Bluegrass Music - Radio Promotion CD - Volume 1. Dit een cd voor radiostations en dj's in Europa ter promotie van bluegrassmuziek. De cd is niet te koop. Wel zijn er enkele samples te downloaden van de SBA-site: www.scottishbluegrass.com
Op de cd staat ondermeer een nummer van de Zwolse band Blue Dew.

John Sheldon van de Scottish Bluegrass Association schrijft er nog een begeleidende brief bij met ondermeer de volgende passages:

"The story of the origins and development of this music into what we now know as bluegrass is truly fascinating. The roots of bluegrass music originated 'over here' in the songs, ballads and fiddle tunes of the Old World and its Celtic fringes and of course this was transported to the New World by waves of settlers and was fused with other influences by the early American string band and bluegrass music pioneers. Of course, as is now quite obvious and clearly evidenced in this CD, that the music made its way back and has been heartily embraced by a new and dedicated generation of highly talented European bluegrass musicians.
