Dear redactie,
Let me introduce ourselves: We are a medieval pipe and drum hard rock band from Germany. Since we are from the Lower rhine arera, we would be happy to introduce our music to our folk friends in Nederland.
Please find below some information on our band.
Also feel free to visit our internet site: www.wirr-wahr.de.
This might possibly be interesting for your readers, so we would be happy for any contact into the Dutch scene.
Best regards,
Edgar Hellwig (Filzmaul)

WirrWahr: Medieval musicans between insanity and truth
With the original power of Medieval Pipes, shawms and drums WirrWahr interprets old and new songs in the style of the "medieval play people". In addition, tender-bitter melodies brought on hurdy-gurdy and flute, when WirrWahr on markets and concerts drive their nuisance.
With humor and fun WirrWahr stretches the elbow of the music from the Middle Ages to the present.

The song texts act of longings and futile love in addition, of burning witches and fabulous creatures. In the research lab of WirrWahr, who are the inventors of the Middle Ages, new fascinating melodies are brewed to target the hearts and dance legs of the listeners. Historical sources for their creative inspirations are - among other things - the Cantigas De Santa Maria, the Carmina Burana and dances of Tilman Susato. WirrWahr carry you forward on a musical journey - a journey on the narrow burr between insanity and truth.
