Billie Joyce was ooit gevangenisbewaakster in een zwaarbewaakte mannen gevangenis in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Billie Joyce heeft de zelfkant van het leven van wel héél dichtbij meegemaakt en dat hoor je ook onherroepelijk terug op haar met soul, swampy blues en roots rock doorspekte geluidsdrager Love Tone.
